How long does it take to graduate?

That depends on the program you choose. Advanced programs range from about 14 months to approximately 18 months.  The basic program takes 4 to 6 months.

What is T-TEN?

T-TEN stands for Technician Training & Education Network. The T-TEN program is a partnership between community colleges, vocational schools and Toyota and Lexus dealerships that provides state-of-the art, hands-on automotive diagnosis and repair training with an emphasis on skills needed to succeed in the automotive industry. The T-TEN training program helps strengthen our ongoing commitment to provide every Toyota and Lexus owner with the most satisfying experience possible.

What certifications can I earn?

You can get ASE certifications and Toyota and Lexus technician training certifications. In addition we offer many other industry recognized credentials. 

 

Will I learn about new technologies?

Toyota is a worldwide leader, not only in sales and service, but also innovative, advanced technology. When you train on Toyota and Lexus vehicles, you’ll be immersed in sophisticated automotive technology, and use the most advanced diagnostic repair systems and equipment in the industry.  Our entire program is constantly updating the curriculum and equipment to stay current with what you will be working on when you graduate.

 

What happens When I graduate?

Many of our graduates have a job before they leave. As you progress through your training our team will be right there to guide you through the program. While you are finishing your last class, the transition team will be work closely with you to get your resume ready and get interviews setup with dealerships that are a good match for you. 
After you leave the program we will provide continued support for a full year! We will send you a nice tool set when you start your training related job. Our transition team will help with additional job placement support as needed. Our goal is to have 100% of our graduates to have successful careers.

 

What kind of job can I get when I complete the Diesel Program?

Our Diesel program can prepare you for a wide variety of careers. Our focus is on Medium / Heavy trucks, however, the possibilities are nearly endless. We have had our graduates work at dealerships, manufactures, aftermarket shops, trucking companies, lift truck companies, mass transit systems and many others. Armed with the skills you will learn in this program you can get a job anywhere you want to go!
